          Next Steps for Admitted Students

You’re just a few steps away from becoming a Fighting Scot!

Congratulations! You've been admitted to Edinboro University. You're just a few steps away from becoming a Fighting Scot!

Complete your enrollment with these five steps:

Step 1 – Confirm your enrollment

Confirm your offer of admission by submitting a non-refundable $100 advanced tuition deposit no later than May 1, 2018. The deposit will be applied to your account and deducted from your bill, but is non-refundable if you do not enroll at the University for any reason.

          Submit Your Deposit

You can submit your deposit online, by phone or through the mail.

Log on to MyEdinboro, click on eBill, and follow the instructions to submit your deposit. Please note: Information on logging in to MyEdinboro was sent approximately one week after your letter of admission.

Pay with your credit card by calling the Office of the Bursar at (814) 732-5555, ext. 2.

Mail your $100 check or money order made payable to Edinboro University to:

          Edinboro University?
          Office of the Bursar
          Hamilton Hall?
          210 Glasgow Road?
          Edinboro, PA 16444

Please include your name and student ID number (referenced in your admit letter) on all checks or money orders.

Step 2 – File your FAFSA

File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible. Be sure to file early as your FAFSA information could determine your eligibility for additional scholarships and grants.

Edinboro University’s FAFSA code is 003321.

If you are a Pennsylvania resident, you should also file an application for a PHEAA State Grant. This is a separate application and needs to be filed by May 1, 2018.

For Ohio residents, a portion of your Ohio College Opportunity Grant (OCOG) can be used in Pennsylvania.

          Step 3 – Register for On-Campus Housing

EU offers state-of-the-art on-campus housing options in our suite and semi-suite Highlands complex. Six different suite styles and Living Learning Community options make EU’s on-campus housing the premier choice for you. Living on campus gives you the true Edinboro Experience with academic and extracurricular life just steps away!

Once you have paid your $100 advanced tuition deposit, information on how to register for on-campus housing will be available in MyEdinboro and will be mailed to you.

Step 4 – Register for New Student Orientation (registration available in early spring)

New Student Orientation will take place in June and July. This program is designed to help you prepare for college life at EU, and gives you the opportunity to review and build your fall semester schedule, meet with faculty and Academic Success Coordinators and much more!

During New Student Orientation, you can expect to:

          • Meet your future classmates, faculty and staff
          • Learn more about Edinboro, your academic program and degree requirements
          • Receive your student ID
          • Begin your successful transition to the University and have fun!

          Register for New Student Orientation

          1. Log in to MyEdinboro and click on the Orientation icon to choose your Orientation date. Please consider registering for an early orientation date, as space is limited, and spots fill quickly.
          2. Enter the name(s) of your guest(s), if applicable.

A confirmation letter and additional information will be mailed to you closer to your New Student Orientation date. If you need to change your Orientation date after submitting the online registration form, please contact the Admissions Office at 1-888-846-2676.

          Step 5 – Welcome Weekend!

This three-day event in late August marks the official start of the school year. During Welcome Weekend, you'll meet the rest of the incoming class and formally join the EU family.

On-campus residents will move into residence halls, and all new students are invited to make friends, get to know campus and the local community, and find your fit among more than 100 student clubs and organizations. You will receive additional information closer to Welcome Week.

If you have any further questions about the enrollment process or Edinboro University, please do not hesitate to contact us at or (814) 732-2761.

We are looking forward to having you join us this fall!
