|
The Master's of Science in Information Technology requires the completion of 36 credit hours of graduate work. Twenty-four (24) credit hours are earned in IT courses and nine (9) credit hours are earned in Business Administration courses. There is also a three credit-hour capstone experience. The first four courses listed are also part of the Certificate in Information Technology. Thus the certificate may lead directly into the Masters degree work. |

A variable credit Independent Study course (IT790) is also available to accommodate special educational needs of the program students. IT600 through 630 serve as prerequisites to most of the remaining courses and serve to bring students up to a mid-level of technical competence. BUAD640 and BUAD645 will provide the necessary business background for students coming to the program without academic business courses. They are also prerequisites for most of the remaining courses. The remaining courses can be taken in any order, with capstone taken in the last semester. | |||
