Information Technology is a hybrid discipline that trains professionals to manage computational resources and use them efficiently in the enterprise. It joins areas of e-commerce, networking, web design, security, database design, installation, trouble shooting and customer service from the technical side with business skills such as accounting, management, marketing and planning. |

The Postgraduate IT programs consists of a Masters of Science in Information Technology and a Certificate in Information Technology. These programs will serve the returning professional who would like to update her/his education in technology areas or round out and formalize their training. This program was developed through the support of a PA Link-To-Learn grant (4/1/2000 - 6/30/2002) in the amount of $366,965. The project director is Dr. Patricia Pineo.
