The Adult Learner Advisory Council was established to meet the needs of current and prospective adults students at Edinboro University.
The Council provides a visible University-wide body whose purpose is to contribute to the creation of a supportive academic environment for adult learners. Among its charges, the Council monitors the recruitment, retention, graduation, and satisfaction levels of adult students. The Council also advocates for adult learners' concerns by providing advice and consultation and recommending changes in University policy, practice, and procedures that negatively affect adult learners.
Council membership consists of University constituents across several departments and offices.
