The intern helps cultivate support for protection of the Artic National Wildlife Refuge.
The intern will work to organize students on their campus to write letters, make phone
calls, and send emails and faxes in support of protecting the Artic National Wildlife
Refuge.  Interns will also work to conduct visibility on campus through tabling, signs,
and radio or college TV stations where appropriate.  They will also conduct outreach
in their surrounding community.  Candidates must have a demonstrated concern for 
the issue of oil development in the Arctic Refuge and a general awareness of the 
issue.  Candidates with experience working with environmental organizations and clubs,
