RN to BSN Program
Edinboro University recognizes the importance in providing opportunities for prospective teachers to have experience working with students and faculty in the public school prior to student teaching. Provisions are made to enable all students to have this experience during the junior year of study. The University has excellent working relations with many local schools and is able to provide the student with a wide range of experiences.
Application - Students must attend a Field Experience orientation meeting the semester prior to enrolling. At this orientation, an application for Field Experience is filled out by the teacher candidate and all requirements, such as clearance forms and TB screening, are explained. This is a very important meeting for Field Experience applicants.

This is a donation-based event providing free professional attire for students
enrolled in student teaching and/or Jr. Field.
Location: Miller Research Center in the Lounge/Pit area (located in the southeastern corner of the building)
