RN to BSN Program
The Student Health Services provide physical examinations that meet the necessary requirements for the following:
- driver's license
- school programs
- daycare employment
- employment
- ROTC
- teacher's certification
- nursing rotations
Please remember to bring your physical examination form to your medical appointment.
The charge for the physical examination will be placed on your account at the Bursar's Office.
A $15.00 no-show fee will be charged to your account if you do not cancel or reschedule prior to your appointment time or if you arrive late. Also you will NOT be seen if you are late.
