The Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs (GSP) understands the advantage to being involved in research during your undergraduate education. GSP will hold an annual competition entitled Opportunities for Undergraduate Research (OUR) program. The awards are not to exceed $300 and the projects should be able to be completed within six months, but not to exceed one academic year.
The competition will be held annually in the fall semester of each academic year. The winners will present their research and findings at the next Dean's Research Collequium. The acceptable expenses are supplies, travel, animal, and equipment. Further information and the applications are available here. There will be no more than one award to each area:
