Swimming Relay
Each team must put 4 people in the relay.
Each person will complete one full lap of the pool (down and back).
The next person in the relay will be allowed to begin once the person then in the pool touches the wall.
No diving into the pool.
Teams will be disqualified for crossing over dividing lines in the pool if they interrupt another swimmer.
If there is an emergency, a whistle will be blown and all teams must stop where they are and listen for instructions from the life guards.
Places will be decide by times, the group with the fastest relay time will be placed first and so on and so forth
