The Academic Honors Convocation is held annually during the spring semester to recognize student academic achievement, leadership, and service to the community. Honorees include seniors who will graduate with honors at the May Commencement ceremony, University Honors diploma candidates, departmental honors award recipients, and members of academic honor societies. Also recognized during this ceremony are the Faculty Member, Scholar and Advisor of the Year.
