Conferences

 

There is a PASSHE Honors Development Conference next semester at Lock Haven. The conference is to talk about Honors experiences and programs from our sister schools, and it provides a fantastic environment to troubleshoot and discuss new ideas for each program. **SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP CONSIDERATION FOR HONORS STUDENTS**

Sponsored by The Fund for American Studies with courses accredited by Georgetown University, the LIVE. LEARN. INTERN. programs combine substantive internships, rigorous courses for academic credit, career development activities, exclusive briefings and lectures led by prominent policy experts.

EARLY DEALINE – 5% DISCOUNT
Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the Final Deadline of March 7, 2021. Students are encouraged to apply for the early deadline of December 2, 2011 to receive a 5% discount on their tuition balance as well as priority internship placement.

PRIORITY SCHOLARSHIPS
Students from NCHC member honors programs will be given priority in scholarship awards from our general scholarship fund. Honors students should indicate on their application materials that they are a member of an honors program and list their honors activities on their resume.

State APSCUF is seeking a junior/senior PASSHE student in political science, communications, journalism, or a related field to serve as a government relations/public relations intern at the state office building in Harrisburg. The successful applicant should have strong knowledge of governmental workings as well as excellent oral and written communications skills. The intern will work under the supervision of both APSCUF’s Public Relations and Governmental Relations offices. For more information click here!
