RN to BSN Program
The Purple Thistle Award is an employee recognition program in which an award is presented monthly to one
or more employees for their exceptional work or performance. Any staff or faculty member can nominate any
candidate for his or her exceptional efforts. Nominations must include a specific example(s) of the nominee
going above and beyond the call of duty. Exceptional performance of REGULAR daily duties, while encouraged
and appreciated, will not be considered during the selection process.
