Dr. Peter van den Honert is Director of Choral Activities at Edinboro University, conducting the University Singers and University Chorale. He also teaches choral conducting, and Choral Arranging, and is a past member of the ACDA PA state Board of Directors. He has a special interest in New England folk songs, and has published several choral arrangements of them. He is listed in Who's Who Among American Educators, Who's Who in Collegiate Faculty, and received a Pennsylvania Music Educators Association Special Citation for Excellence in Teaching. He is active as an adjudicator and clinician, and has served as an honor festival guest conductor in several states.
