Higher Education Opportunity Act


The Higher Education Opportunity Act (Pub. L. No. 89-329) was signed into law to "strengthen the educational resources of our colleges and universities and to provide financial assistance for students in post secondary and higher education."  This legislation was reauthorized in 2008 and requires Edinboro University to provide information to education consumers. 

This page provides easy access to a wide variety of information about various aspects of Edinboro University’s programs and activities. Information about certain of the items listed on this page are also distributed annually to all current students and/or employees, as applicable. Below is a set of links to the type of information that is disclosed annually to each enrolled student and/or employee, as applicable.
