| This introductory educational leadership graduate course is designed for prospective leaders at al levels of the school organization. Elements of effective leadership, standards informing educational leadership, role conceptions, and personal leadership vision will be presented. Emphasis is placed on the knowledge , skills, and abilities necessary to becoming an innovative educational leader. |
