This course examines the role and function of the superintendent in development, implementation, and evaluation of the strategic plan and school district policy. It presents the guidelines and requirements set forth by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Emphasis is placed on leadership for educational planning as well as school policy and regulation development. |
