Psychology ClubPsychology Club is comprised of students, majors and nonmajors alike, with an interest in any of the various areas of psychology. Psychology Club meets about every other week to discuss current events of interest, and also to plan a variety of social, educational, and community service events. Recently, these events have included trips to National Alliance for Mental Health (NAMI) lectures, faculty-student game night and mini golf, and participation in Will Walk for Food. Psychology Club also publishes the Psychology Department Newsletter, invites local psychologists to talk with students, sponsors the Café Monday fundraiser (along with Psi Chi), as well as Brain Awareness Day at the Millcreek Mall and travel to the Western Pennsylvania Undergraduate Psychology Conference, where students present research and meet and learn from some of the best psychologists in the area. You are welcome to check out information about our meetings on the Psychology Club bulletin board on the first floor of Compton Hall.
