Act 48 Credit Reporting Form

Pennsylvania's Act 48 requires teachers with Pennsylvania public school
certification to participate in and report credit for ongoing professional education.

Reporting Act 48 Credits Earned at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania

Edinboro University students who are certified public school personnel may count their courses for Act 48 continuing education requirements, provided the courses are in their area of certification or teaching assignment. All collegiate credit courses at Edinboro University are approved for Act 48 credit.

Students must request that Edinboro University report their credits to the Department of Education after courses have been satisfactorily completed and final grades recorded. To request reporting of credits, please print the Act 48 credit reporting form, complete the information, and mail or fax the form to the Office of Records and Registration at the address below.
