REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT

To request an Edinboro University Undergraduate or Graduate Transcript, complete the following form, print it, and send it (along with your check or money order) to the address at the bottom of the page.

• There is a $4.00 fee for the first transcript in your request.

   

• Additional copies in the same request are $1.00 each.

   

• Credit card, a check or money order made payable to Edinboro University are the acceptable forms of payment.

   

• The undergraduate and graduate transcripts are considered two separate transcripts. Therefore, if you are ordering one of each, the cost is $4 for the undergraduate and an additional $4 for the graduate transcript.

   

• Transcripts sent to students will be marked "issued to student," and may not be acceptable when making application to other educational institutions.

   

• Transcripts are generally mailed within 3-5 business days after we receive your written request and payment.

   

• RUSH Service -- RUSH transcripts are mailed the same day the request and payment are received. The request must be received prior to 1:00 PM, either in person, or by mail or fax. The fee for a RUSH service transcript is $10.00.

   

• FAX Service -- We will fax a transcript and place an official transcript in the mail to follow the faxed transcript. The request must be received by 3:00 PM, either in person, or by mail or fax. The fee for a FAX service transcript is $12.00.

   

• RUSH service and FAX service may be ordered via fax, with payment by credit card. In addition to all of the above-mentioned information, you MUST include the cardholder name, card number, expiration date, type of card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover) and signature. Fax your request to 814-732-2130.
