All University fees, including housing and dining rates, are established and announced on an annual basis by the University Council of Trustees. When the housing rates are approved, this site is updated.
ROOM TYPE OVERVIEW: Our traditional halls consist of double occupancy rooms with shared restrooms. In the Highlands, the suites offer double or single-occupancy student rooms, with two bathrooms, and a common living and snack preparation area. The semi-suites offer double or single occupancy student sleeping rooms, and bathrooms. Double studio configurations allow two to a room sharing a bathroom. There are a limited number of single studios with private bathrooms.
