- STUDENT EMPLOYMENT AT EDINBORO UNIVERSITY
The University offers part-time employment to degree seeking students enrolled half-time or greater. Students are paid at least minimum wage. Graduate assistants are paid at a higher rate.
Students seeking positions must have an award of federal, institutional, or graduate assistant before they begin employment. Awards from federal or institutional funds may not exceed 15 hours per week. Students who reach their maximum award before the end of the term will be required to stop working until the next award period. Students who work during break periods (i.e. Summer or between Fall and Spring enrollments) may work up to 40 hours per week and are all generally paid from institutional sources.
Permanent University employees (full-time and part-time) are not eligible for student employment positions. Temporary employees may not hold a student employee position while serving in a regular temporary employment status.
