Fitness Classes - Fall Semester 2013
**All fitness classes are scheduled in Aerobics Studio B. Class schedule is subject to change. Changes will be posted (as necessary) on Aerobics Studio doors.
**Thursday 1pm Boot Camp clas has been cancelled for the remainder of the semseter due to low attendance.

Zumba® involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography can incorporate hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some belly dance moves. Squats and lunges may also be included in the class. Appropriate for all skill levels, and NO previous experience is required!
Tuesday 6:30pm-7:30pm - Kaiti
PiYo™ is a unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. Modifications are offered for all skill levels, and NO previous experience is required! Just come and have fun!
Tuesday 5:30-6:30 - Kaiti
Turbo Kick® is a combination of kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves all choreographed to high energy and motivating music. It’s the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that’s a unique blend of intense intervals strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool-down. Join the party and have fun!
Monday & Wednesday 8:50pm-9:10pm - Kaiti
Focus on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work with exercises, drills and balance drills to train your entire core in just 20 minutes!
Tone & Sculpt
Monday & Wednesday 8:00pm-8:45pm - Kaiti
Tone & Sculpt is a high-intensity class designed to increase your overall muscle endurance and strength. Tone & Sculpt combines a perfect learning environment for beginners, as well as a challenging workout for other fitness levels. This 45-minute class will have you sweating, no cardio needed!
Wednesday 7:00pm-8:00pm - Katy
This class involves dance and aerobic elements with choreography that can incorporate hip-hop and a variety of latin dance. Squats and lunges may also be included in the class. Appropriate for all skill levels.
Thursday 8:30pm-9:30pm - Katy
Join in for fun cardio exercise, kickboxing style!
