Fitness Classes - Spring Semester 2014
**Fitness Classes are for students and Fitness Center Members only and are not open to the public without the purchase of a guest pass and proper waiver forms.
**All fitness classes are scheduled in Aerobics Studio B. Class schedule is subject to change. Changes will be posted (as necessary) on Aerobics Studio doors.
Tuesday 5:00pm-6:00pm - Ana
Thursday 5:00pm-6:00pm - Ana
Zumba® involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography can incorporate hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some belly dance moves. Squats and lunges may also be included in the class. Appropriate for all skill levels, and NO previous experience is required!
Tone & Sculpt (with Abs)
Tuesday 8:15pm-9:15pm - Katy
Tone & Sculpt is designed to increase your overall muscle endurance and strength. Tone & Sculpt combines a learning environment for beginners, as well as a challenging workout for other fitness levels.
Thursday 7:30pm-8:30pm - Kayla
This class involves dance and aerobic elements with choreography that can incorporate hip-hop dance. Squats and lunges may also be included in the class. Appropriate for all skill levels.
Wednesday 6:30pm-7:30pm - Katy
Join in for fun cardio exercise, kickboxing style!
Monday 6:15pm-7:15pm - Kayla
Thursday 6:15pm-7:15pm - Kayla
