Frank G. Pogue Student Center Reservation Request Form

 

Note: Reservation request forms must be received by the Campus Life Office 2 business days prior to the event, or space is not guaranteed. Requests for late night events must be turned in with a late night event request form 14 calendar days prior to the event. For Monday reservations, submit by the Thursday prior. If requesting equipment or special set ups, one week's notice is required. Spaces are not guaranteed until a confirmation is received from the Campus Life Office.

*Non-university affiliated requests will be asked to fill out additional paperwork and provide a certificate of insurance (COI), listing Edinboro University as additionally insured with a minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 before any requests will be processed or confirmed.

Organization/Department´s representative acknowledges by their submission that they have read, understood, and agreed to the rules governing the use of the Frank G. Pogue Student Center. The representative understands that this form is a REQUEST for space. Rooms are not guaranteed until a written confirmation is provided to the representative by the Campus Life Office. The representative understands that by submitting this form, he/she is indicating that the advisor for this organization is aware of, and has approved this event. Failure to use this facility responsibly may result in the future loss of privileges. Organizations/Departments will be assessed for damage or extraordinary custodial care.

Student organization advisor´s approval and presence is required for major events taking place in programming areas. These areas include the Multipurpose Room, Pre-Function Lounge, Theatre, Food Court, Gymnasiums, and Patio. When submitting the form online, a group may be asked to later provide written notification of advisor's approval and presence.
