ALL STUDENTS PLANNING TO STUDENT TEACH DURING THE FALL 2012 OR SPRING 2013 SEMESTER MUST ATTEND ONE OF THE FOLLOWING MANDATORY MEETINGS:

Clearance Requirements:
Clearances - Act 34 Criminal Check, Act 151 Child Abuse, Act 114 FBI
*Please note: clearances must be valid for the entire student teaching experience when due.

Proof of Liability Insurance
Official Praxis 1 & 2 Scores (please also refer to Praxis Fact Sheet below)
**Students who submit the prerequisite form and attachments after due dates cannot be guaranteed placements & will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee.**

Are you interested in borrowing a University owned laptop during your student teacher experience? If so, please print, complete, & email the following application to StudentTeaching@edinboro.edu. Applications will be evaluated, approved & notification of pickup will be through email.
Applications are also available in the Office of Student Teaching.
