Clearances - Act 34 Criminal Check, Act 151 Child Abuse, Act 114 FBI
*Please note: clearances must be valid for the entire student teaching experience when due.

TB Test Results
Proof of Liability Insurance
Official Praxis, PAPA, PECT Scores or proof of testing registration (Please refer to Certification Testing Requirements link on the left.)
**Students who submit the prerequisite form and attachments after due dates cannot be guaranteed placements & will be subject to a $100.00 processing fee.**
Are you interested in borrowing a University owned laptop during your student teacher experience? If so, please print, complete, & email the following application to StudentTeaching@edinboro.edu. Applications will be evaluated, approved & notification of pickup will be through email.
Applications are also available in the Office of Student Teaching.
