The Desktop Systems and Learning Technology Staff (DSLT) are responsible for the following services:
- Keeping University owned computers up and running
- We coordinate the procurement, setup and delivery of all new computer systems, system upgrades, software installation and hardware upgrades
- Our Distance Education and Learning Technology Alliance team provides support and services for all aspects of online and interactive TV courses and "learning technology"
- We conduct various training sessions for faculty and staff
- We maintain or act as consultants for most all of the computer labs on campus
- All classroom technology equipment is monitored and maintained by DSLT staff members
- We offer an audio and video equipment loaner service through our Video Communications Center in the lower level of Ross Hall
- We manage the Technology Help Center located in the front entrance of Ross Hall
