The Technology Help Center is located in the lobby of Ross Hall. It was created to provide assistance to students and employees in meeting their technology needs. The following services are available to students and employees:
- Your Accounts - Information about your various usernames, passwords and pins
- EUPnet Wireless Configuration
- Self Help for PC Remediation and Security
- Personal Computer Hardware Sales & Service
- University Computer Hardware Sales & Service
- Network, Email and SCOTS Account Help
- Residence Hall Technology - Studentnet
Students living in the Residence Halls receive 24 hour/7 day Help Desk support for connectivity issues. Problems that cannot be resolved over the phone that require a site visit will be entered as a ticket into the University's Help Desk system. These tickets are monitored by StudentNet Technicians who are trained and qualified to assist students with connectivity issues. Appointments will be scheduled by the StudentNet Technicians to come to the student room and resolve the problem. Pictures of the StudentNet Technicians are posted in each residence halls and they wear ID badges so they are easily identifiable.
Walk-in Help is also available to all students and employees in our Technology Help Center located in the front entrance lobby of Ross Hall.
