          Payment Options



          For the convenience of our students and their families, the Bursar Office provides a number of different methods for paying your tuition bill.

          Students studying in Cooper Hall

          Online

          Students can register to receive and pay their bills electronically through eBill. Learn more about eBill.

          Payment Plan 

          Our monthly payment plan allows you to divide your tuition payments into smaller, more manageable amounts. Learn more about monthly payment plans

          By Mail 

          Payments are accepted through the mail using a check or money order made payable to Edinboro University. Do not mail cash. Please return the bottom portion of your bill along with your payment to:

          In Person 

          Payments can be made in person at the Bursar’s Office in Hamilton Hall, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Acceptable forms of in-person payment include debit cards (Visa or Mastercard), cash (U.S. currency only), and check or money order. Payments using debit cards and cash are only accepted in person. 

          Employer Tuition Reimbursement 

          Students who are working while enrolled and have employer-paid education benefits can defer the covered portion of their tuition and fees until 60 days from the end of the semester. Learn more about employer-paid education benefits.

           


          Financial Terms Agreement

          All students are required to accept Edinboro University’s Financial Terms Agreement prior to registering for classes each semester. The agreement informs students of the financial responsibilities associated with enrolling for classes and the potential consequences for failing to meet those obligations. Read the Edinboro University Financial Terms Agreement.
