Mail-In Registration for the 2011 DisAbilities Conference is Available!
For those who opt to use the mail-in form, registration is now available. To access the 2011 DisAbilties Conference Paper Registration form click on the PDF link located below. It is only necessary to complete the first page of the form. Both the form and registration fee, made payable to Edinboro University, may be returned to Jennifer Boykin at the following address:

It is important to note that Early-Bird registration will close on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 4:00 PM (EST). To be considered for Early-Bird registration, both your registration information and payment must be received by Friday, July 15, 2011. Online Registration Available Soon
Currently, we are collaborating with a few offices on campus to make online registration available ASAP. While it may be available sooner, we project to open this avenue of registration on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 4:00 PM (EST). This is a change from the original projection, and we encourage you to use the mail-in form as it is the most readily available method for registration. As a reminder, use of the online registration system requires either a credit card or a debit card.
It is important to note that Early-Bird registration will close on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 4:00 PM (EST). Cancellations/Refunds/No-Shows
Cancellation / Refund Policy
You must request cancellations IN WRITING. The written cancellation should be mailed or faxed to Jennifer Boykin, Camps and Conferences, 306 Reeder Hall, Edinboro University, Edinboro PA 16444; email jboykin@edinboro.edu; fax 814-732-2153 no later than (July 22, 2011) for refunds by the person whose name appears on the reservation. Refunds for any registration will be made less $25 processing charge per registration for which the University receives an advance written cancellation via email, U.S. mail, or fax. NO REFUNDS will be processed after July 22, 2011.
No-Shows:
If you are Pre-registered and Do Not attend the conference, you will be assessed the full conference fee for which you have registered.
