This traditional celebration has a special meaning here at Edinboro University as it helps us honor our Scottish founders and so many other Scottish-Americans’ contributions to our country in nearly every field of human endeavor.
Here’s what’s happening on Tartan Day:

|8:00 - 10:00 am||Purchase Plaid! Tables full o’ tartan available for purchase, Pogue Center Lobby|
|9:30 - 10:00 am||“Scotland's Clash of Contrasts” considers Scotland through narrative, pictures and poems. Ruggedly beautiful and obediently independent – Scotland is a land of many contrasts. Presented by Dr. Tim Thompson, Pogue Center Multipurpose Room A|
|10:00 am||Tartan Day “Can We Do It, Yes we CAN” begins, Pogue Center Multipurpose Room B
