    Attend both classes. Without a specific business plan, you cannot communicate what you are to clients, financers, employees or suppliers. Writing your plan forces you to be objective, identifies strengths and weaknesses, allows you to communicate with others and measure preformance. This seminar includes topics on: the value of planning, concept development and how to write a concise business concept, how to identify fatal flaws in a business concept, and a step by step process on writing your business plan.

    Only available to Edinboro University students, staff, faculty and Startup Incubator members, and is free of charge.

    QiQong can be described as "Chinese Yoga" and is an integration of rhythmic movements, breathing and spiritual intention that can create a balanced lifestyle and bring greater harmony, stability and enjoyment. These classes will be taught by Jenn Shepherd.

    Domestic Violence Awareness Walk

    October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Please join us for our annual Domestic Violence Awareness Walk. This year the walk will be held on Wednesday, October 17th, 2012. As in years past, we will be having information tables in the Pogue Student Center. Representatives from Campus Ministry, SafeNet, Crime Victim Center, SafeJourney, Boro Women's Services, and the Ghering Health and Wellness Center will be on hand to provide information about domestic violence support services. Tables will be available from 1 P.M. to 4 P.M. and the walk will begin at 2pm. We will be walking the inner campus loop. Our intent is to raise campus awareness of domestic violence issues and to connect victims and survivors with campus and community resources. Please come show your support by participating in the walk. Please try to wear purple or black, the colors that show support for domestic violence. We hope to see you all there, and truly appreciate your support in the fight against domestic violence.

    This event is free and open to the public.

    Join in the fun of Edinboro Potterfest by touring the Forbidden Forest at Goodell Gardens! Visit Hagrid's hut, along with many of his friends from Hogwarts, and learn about gardening, herbs, the care of magical creatures and more! The tours will begin in Goodell Gardens' Events Barn, where students will be sorted, and will have a chance to make wands and hats!

    Admission: $3 for ages 5-55, $2 for those 0-4 and 56-500.
