Attorney Jenna Bickford will share with you all you need to know. Jenna counsels entrepreneurs and business owners in a wide range of legal matters. She assists entrepreneurs with business entity selection and formation. She counsels businessess of all sizes through contract negotiation, formation, and disputes. Jenna works with clients looking to buy or sell a business. She also assists a number of local nonprofit organizations with nonprofit corporation matters.
Classes are free and only available to Edinboro students, faculty, staff and StARTup Incubator members.

Election Day Transportation

The SGA will provide transportation to and from the local (Edinboro) polling sites. Students who wish to vote locally at the Edinboro Volunteer Fire Department or (across the street) at the Borough of Edinboro Municipal Building MUST have a valid ID, with a local address and expiration date. An Edinboro University ID will only work if it has an expiration date on the card. If your current University ID does not have an expiration date, it can be exchanged (free of charge) at the University ID Office in Van Houten Dining Hall. For additional information on voter identification requirements and/or voting via absentee ballot, consult the links below.

About Sister Joan Chittister
Sister Joan Chittister has been a key visionary voice and spiritual leader for more than 30 years. A Benedictine Sister of Erie, Pennsylvania, Sister Joan is an international lecturer and award-winning author of more than 40 books.
She is the founder and executive director of Benetvision, a resource and research center for contemporary spirituality located in Erie. Currently she serves as co-chair of the Global Peace Initiative of Women, a partner organization of the UN, facilitating a worldwide network of peace-building women. She is also co-chair of the Network of Spiritual Progressives with Rabbi Michael Lerner and Cornel West.
She was an advisor for the groundbreaking report, A Woman’s Nation, led by Maria Shriver (2009) and was a member of the TED prize-sponsored Council of Sages, an interfaith group that developed a
Charter for Compassion (2009) being promulgated worldwide with all faith organizations. She is a columnist for the National Catholic Reporter and a regular blogger for the Huffington Post. She is also on the Abrahamic Advisory Committee at Chautauqua Institution.

QiQong and Meditation Class

QiQong can be described as "Chinese Yoga" and is an integration of rhythmic movements, breathing and spiritual intention that can create a balanced lifestyle and bring greater harmony, stability and enjoyment. These classes will be taught by Jenn Shepherd.

Regardless of typical individual style, this course will afford the student an excellent understanding about applying and utilizing metallic leaf in thier artwork.

This course is open to all skill levels. Learning to work with water color and pastel media creates an excellent foundation on which to develop your landscape painting skill. In this course we will explore how to use watercolor with pastel to finish your artwork and develop your ability to utilize multimedia technqiues while creating work.
