Monday, October 8, 2012, 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. Attend both classes. Without a specific business plan, you cannot communicate what you are to clients, financers, employees or suppliers. Writing your plan forces you to be objective, identifies strengths and weaknesses, allows you to communicate with others and measure preformance. This seminar includes topics on: the value of planning, concept development and how to write a concise business concept, how to identify fatal flaws in a business concept, and a step by step process on writing your business plan. Only available to Edinboro University students, staff, faculty and Startup Incubator members, and is free of charge. |
