Edinboro University’s ‘First Friday Concert Series’ resumes April 6 with music faculty Black and Denton

04/03/2012EDINBORO, Pa. – Edinboro University presents another great opportunity for members of the Edinboro Community to hear extraordinary live music when the ‘First Friday Concert Series’ resumes this week.
On Friday, April 6, Music Department Professors Jacqueline Black, cello, and Kristine Denton, piano, will perform Debussy’s Sonata for Cello and Piano and the music of Mendelssohn and Rachmaninoff.
This concert, like all First Friday events, is free and open to the public from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. in the Dr. William P. Alexander Music Center’s Recital Hall.
Featuring Edinboro University’s talented music faculty members, First Friday concerts take place at the Alexander Music Center on the first Friday of every month during Edinboro’s fall and spring semesters.
