At Erie’s Jerry Uht Park04/27/2012
EDINBORO, Pa. – On Sunday, April 29, the Erie SeaWolves will welcome Edinboro University students, employees and alumni for the early-season “BORO at the Ballpark” event – an afternoon game against the Binghamton (N.Y.) Mets.
Gates at Jerry Uht Park in downtown Erie open at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday with the first pitch thrown at 1:35 p.m.
This event will feature Edinboro University bagpipers, alumni recognition and in-game entertainment. “BORO at the Ballpark” is an opportunity for both Edinboro University and the Erie SeaWolves baseball club to put their collective efforts together toward a fun afternoon at the ballpark.
Ms. Kari Althof, Director of the Frank G. Pogue Student Center, will have the honor of singing the National Anthem, and an Edinboro University official will ceremoniously fire out the first pitch.
Tickets are $5 for students and $8 for employees and alumni. Tickets can be purchased at the Student Government Association Convenience Store in the Pogue Student Center, or online at www.edinborotickets.com.
Tickets will also be available at the gate.
