Edinboro University will welcome higher education thought leader and New York Times best-selling author Jeff Selingo to campus on Tuesday, Oct. 16, to present a keynote, "Higher Education at a Crossroads."

Mr. Selingo has written about higher education for two decades. He is the author of three books, including a New York Times best seller, "There is Life After College." He also authored "The New Generation of Students: How colleges can recruit, teach, and serve Gen Z," recently published by The Chronicle of Higher Education.
As a special advisor and professor of practice at Arizona State University, Mr. Selingo directs the Academy for Innovative Higher Education Leadership, in partnership with Georgetown University. He is also a visiting scholar at the Georgia Institute of Technology's Center for 21st Century Universities and a regular contributor to The Washington Post and The Atlantic. A former editor of The Chronicle of Higher Education, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of Ithaca College, his undergraduate alma mater.
There will be a Q&A with the audience following Mr. Selingo’s remarks
A reception and book signing will take place after the event.
The event is free and open to the campus community, as well as to the general public.
