Edinboro University’s summertime salute to its Scottish roots is took shape as a day-long bagpipe competition and concert on Saturday, July 30.
Highlighting around 10 regional bagpipe bands, the Edinboro Bagpipe Festival featured solo bagpipe competitions, band competitions, and an evening concert culminating in a massed bands presentation.
