"Leadership for Student Achievement" is the common thread throughout the Superintendent program. Upon completion of this 30-credit program, you will be prepared to become a district-level leader within any Pennsylvania K-12 school system or the Intermediate Unit.

If you have already earned your Master's in Teacher Leadership at Edinboro, you can complete your Principal certification in just 15 credits.

All nine courses and the internship in this program are Act 45 and Act 48 approved.

A superintendent's internship will give you hands-on experience in the role of district leader and prepare you conduct and present a focus project on student achievement.

When you meet the cutoff score for the appropriate PRAXIS School Superintendent Assessment (SSA), you will be ready to assume your new position as a Superintendent of Schools.
