There’s a big push for all things natural, from medicinal drugs to green materials. But up until now, you had to earn a graduate degree before you could pursue a career in the field. Edinboro’s new Bachelor of Science in Chemistry—Natural Products is the first of its kind to prepare undergraduates for rewarding careers in the fields of the future.

This interdisciplinary program builds on the fundamentals of our fully accredited Chemistry and Biology programs and gives you exposure to the latest advancements in research, applications and investigation of natural products. You will have the opportunity to apply to National Science Foundation- and National Institutes of Health-funded programs and take advantage of summer internships sponsored by local and regional employers.

Flexible and versatile, this program allows you to adapt your coursework to your personal interests and career goals. When you graduate, you’ll be ahead of the curve and ready to jump right in to rewarding and exciting job options.
