Applied Technology

Are you an ambitious person working in the manufacturing sector? Have you completed your technical training within the past five years or plan to finish soon? The Associate in Applied Technology degree is designed just for you.

Why Edinboro Stands Out.

At Edinboro, we understand the value of a practical degree — one that gives you specific knowledge and skills to advance in the workplace. That's why we want to help you turn your technical certification into an Associate in Applied Technology degree.

The program combines training in specialized technology with courses in business administration so you will have more opportunities to advance in the workplace.

The Associate of Applied Science degree requires 60 credits. But if you've already earned a diploma, or journeyman training at an approved technical school like Erie Institute of Technology or the Precision Manufacturing Institute, you can transfer up to 27 credits toward this degree.

When you graduate, you'll be prepared to advance your career by stepping up into a supervisory or management role or work in quality control, product development or sales.
