If you require an accommodation, you must request services directly from the OSD. All accommodation requests must be consistent with
documented needs of the student requesting such accommodations. Requests for accommodation
may not be honored without documentation of a disability as defined by the parameters
of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990 and any subsequent amendments.
