Edinboro offers many different types of housing for on-campus students. Find the prices here.

Spring 2021 Boro Living Options: (There is limited availability of each room style)

Due to the current pandemic and the requirements for social distancing, our residence hall spaces will be limited by our ability to offer an individual bathroom to each resident. Because of these limitations, the following prices reflect a one-time Housing Discount.

Housing rates for the Spring 2021 semester:

Cost-effective housing (1 bathroom per suite = 1 student)

Moderately priced housing (2 bathrooms per suite = 2 students)

Premium housing: (1 bathroom per suite = 1 student)

Fall 2021 Boro Living Options: (each room style has limited Availability.)

Fall 2021 Housing Rates per semester:

Cost effective housing (traditional & suite-style)

Moderately priced housing (suite-style)

Premium housing: (traditional & suite-style)

Suites offer double or single-occupancy student rooms, with two bathrooms, and a common living and snack preparation area.

Semi-Suites offer double or single occupancy student sleeping rooms, and bathrooms.

Beginning again in Fall 2021 Break Housing:

Sign up on MyEdinboro for Thanksgiving break housing or Spring Break housing at no additional cost for residential students. During other time frames, housing may be available at the following rates: Double Room: $200/week per student Private Room: $295/week per student. (All University fees, including housing and dining rates, are established and announced on an annual basis by the University Council of Trustees. When the housing rates are approved, this site is updated.)
