As part of the University’s ongoing efforts to promote wellness and to educate the community about available resources, Edinboro will host “Stories of Strength” (S.O.S) Day on Tuesday, Sept. 7.
Wellness activities focused on holistic health, mental-health awareness, education and self-care will be held from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.
“Our ultimate goal is to encourage members of the campus community to have open, honest conversations about mental health and to speak up when they need help,” said Darla Elder, director of Ghering Health and Wellness Center.
