The Human Performance track is designed for those interested in the exercise sciences, human performance, pre-physical therapy, and/or personal training. Through theory, practical application, and laboratory experiences, students will develop the knowledge and skills to plan and implement exercise and health/wellness programs for a variety of populations, including healthy adults and youth, athletes, and people with physical limitations. Professional career opportunities include corporate fitness, cardiac rehabilitation, strength and conditioning coaching, personal training, and research assistant.
