  • Resume Content Checklist

This checklist may be used as a preparation guide for a resume. Review the checklist, mark categories which would be relevant to your resume, and make notes in the right column or on a sheet of paper. After you have determined the categories you wish to use, gather the information required for each category selected, and following a selected sample resume, compile and complete your own resume. Compare the final copy against this checklist to make sure you haven't forgotten an item. Logically, the more items and information included will determine the length of your resume (2 page maximum).
