The mission of the Institute of Internal Collaboration is to encourage and support intra-campus collaboration among faculty from all departments
The goals of the Institute of Internal Collaboration are:

To encourage and support intra-campus collaboration among faculty from all departments.

Promote activities that encourage interdisciplinary course offerings, professional staff development, a seminars on increased teaching effectiveness in basic education, and development if a videotape library depicting effective teaching.

Explore grant opportunities and outside funding to strengthen collaborative efforts.

Develop in-service programs and workshops for public school and non-public school faculty.

Strengthen lines of communication among the School of Education, the chool of Liberal Arts, the School of Science, Management, and Technology, the Office of Student with Disabilities, the Office of Student Development, and the Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit #5.
