Phi Epsilon Kappa fraternity is the National Professional fraternity for men and women in the fields of Physical Education, Health, Recreation, Human Performance, Exercise Science, and Sports Management.  Membership requirements for Edinboro University's Delta Xi chapter of Phi Epsilon Kappa include a 3.0 Q.P.A., a minimum of 32 credits completed at EUP, participation in the fraternity's social service projects, and membership in the HPE Major's Club.  Social service projects have included the Homecoming Tot Trot, a fun run for children, building homes for the Habitat for Humanity, beautification of the Crawford Center grounds, and participation in Relay for Life. 

Current officers for Phi Epsilon Kappa include Matt McClellan, President, Dave Conroy, Vice President, Elly Marie Thompson, Treasurer, Rachel Ferri, Secretary, and Nicole Redmond, Membership Chair.  Advisor for the Delta Xi Chapter is Dr. Linda Mukina Felker.
