Reinstatement of Enrollment

Official reinstatement is required for undergraduate students in either of the following two circumstances:  

  • A student is seeking to resume studies after an enrollment lapse of one semester or more.
  • A student has graduated in one degree program and wishes to pursue another undergraduate degree program.

Students must submit a Reinstatement Application Form to the Office of Records and Registration.

Students will be notified in writing when their records have been evaluated and a decision rendered regarding their reinstatement.  Notification will include instructions for scheduling classes if the reinstatement is granted.
