Welcome to Edinboro University!

We take great pride in our history and in the exceptional opportunities we offer to students.  That pride shows in everything we do – indeed, great things happen here every day.

In the classrooms, studios, laboratories, and in our myriad co-curricular activities, the Edinboro Experience is challenging, relevant, and prepares students to make a difference in the world. We care deeply about engaging students in the highest quality education and holding them to high expectations in the context of a close-knit community where diversity and respect for others is a core value.

Edinboro is distinguished by the genuine dedication of everyone on campus to student success. Every single one of our more than 8,000 students is an important and valued individual on our campus. We promise students opportunities to experience meaningful learning through small classes, internships, state-of the-art learning labs, hands-on research projects, mentoring, and close relationships with expert professors. And we provide dedicated attention and careful advising to make sure students achieve their goals and exceed their own expectations.

Come visit us – you’ll see our commitment to excellence and to you in everything we do, from our beautiful buildings and grounds to our outstanding academic and co-curricular programs. I look forward to your visit!
