2012 Spring Semester Event Calender:   

 UPB offers events free of charge to students (with the exception of bus trips and concerts). ID must be shown at movies, ticket purchases and novelty events. All others are free and open to the public (performances). See movie schedule for general public information.

January:

24th:  Free Photo Booth in the PSC Lobby from 2-6 p.m.

25th:  Comedic Mind Reader, Eric Dittelman, at 8 p.m. in the PSC Theater

26th:  Free Photo License Plates in the PSC Lobby from 2-6 p.m.

29th:  Comedian, Erin Jackson, at 8 p.m. in the PSC Theater

February:

         4th: SNOWFEST (all day) Free events taking place throughout the PSC all day. Clearly You Crystals, Ice sculpture demo, etc.

5th:  Superbowl Party, featuring opening act Fools for Rowan (alternative rock group). The 2012 Spring concert will be announced and free tickets given out to random winners.

8th:  The Black Jew Dialogues will be featured at 8 p.m. in the PSC MPR.

11th:  Free Snow Tubing at Mt. Pleasant from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.. Open to the first 20 students who sign up in the SGA C-Store. Sign-ups start Jan. 25th.

13th:   Slam Poet, Carlos Gomez, performing nin the PSC Theater at 8 p.m.

17th:  Black History Month Trivia oepn to all students who want a chance to win $200 cash! The trivia show will start at 11:00 p.m. in the PSC MPR.

19th:  Comedian, D'Shawn Ross, performing in the PSC Theater at 8 p.m. A $50 drawing will be held at the end of the show and one student's name will be drawn. Student I.D. required.

27th:  Open MIC Night! Stars at 9 p.m. in the PSC Theater. Sign up in PSC lobby.

March

4th:  Comedian, Eric Vestal, will perform at 8 p.m. in the PSC Theater. A $50 drawing will be held at the end of the show and one student's name will be drawn. Student I.D. required.

21st:  Musician, Nelly's Echo, performs at 8 p.m. in the PSC Theater.

25th:  Comedian, Paul Varghese, performing in the PSC Theater at 8 p.m. A $50 drawing will be held at the end of the show and one student's name will be drawn. Student I.D. required.

26th:  Open MIC Night! Stars at 9 p.m. in the PSC Theater. Sign up in PSC lobby.

April

4th:  Musician, Scott Celani, to perform at noon in the PSC Celtic Court.

15th:   Comedian, Eric O'shea, to perform at 8 p.m. in the PSC Theater. A $50 drawing will be held at the end of the show and one student's name will be drawn. Student I.D. required.
