Note: Reservation request forms must be received by the Student Activities Office 48 hours before the event, or space is not guaranteed. Requests for parties or other late night events must be turned in with a late night event request form 14 calendar days prior to the event. For Monday reservations, submit by the Thursday prior. Spaces are not guaranteed until a confirmation is received from the Student Activities Office.

Failure to use this facility responsibly may result in the future loss of privileges. Organizations/Departments will be assessed for damage or extraordinary custodial care.
